Mr. Dathan Anupurathpishram (A.P. Dathan) is an Indian weightlifting coach contracted with the Sports Authority of India (SAI) and a key member of the national coaching staff who famously helped train Olympic & common wealth medalist Mirabai Chanu.

Mr Dathan formerly served in the Indian Air Force (IAF),

Mr Dathan is son of Anupurathu pisharath Sathi Balakrishnan and Bhagavatha acharyan (late) Balakrishna Pisharody.
