- A letter requesting medical aid from a branch member was discussed.
- Based on an area representative’s verification, the request was deemed genuine.
- It was decided to provide financial assistance within the branch’s limits.
- Additionally, a request would be sent to the central body for further support.
- To prepare for future requests, the Secretary was entrusted with issuing a circular appealing for generous contributions from members towards the Medical Assistance Fund.

- Considering upcoming examinations, the committee opined that the annual picnic could be scheduled during June–July.

- A letter from the Irinjalakuda branch secretary regarding the central annual event was discussed.
- The cultural committee was tasked with gathering member suggestions and coordinating entries before the next meeting.
