1. അനുശോചനം
ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ കാലയളവിൽ അന്തരിച്ച ശാഖാ അംഗങ്ങൾക്കും, സമുദായാംഗങ്ങൾക്കും, മറ്റു പ്രമുഖ വ്യക്തികൾക്കും യോഗം അനുശോചനം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.
2. മുൻ യോഗ റിപ്പോർട്ടും കണക്കുകളും
- സെക്രട്ടറി മുൻ യോഗ റിപ്പോർട്ട് അവതരിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം യോഗം അതു അംഗീകരിച്ചു.
- ഖജാൻജി അവതരിപ്പിച്ച കണക്കുകളും വാർഷികാഘോഷത്തിന്റെ മൊത്തം വരവ്-ചിലവ് കണക്കുകളും യോഗം അംഗീകരിച്ചു.
3. ആജീവനാന്ത അംഗത്വ അംഗീകാരം
താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന അംഗത്വ അപേക്ഷകൾ യോഗം പരിശോധിച്ച് അംഗീകാരം നൽകി:

- Ronak Pisharody
4. സൊസൈറ്റി അംഗത്വം
പിഷാരോടി എഡ്യൂക്കേഷണൽ സൊസൈറ്റി അംഗത്വത്തിനായി അപേക്ഷിച്ച സുനിൽ നാരായണൻ, രശ്മി സുനിൽ എന്നിവരുടെ അപേക്ഷ അംഗീകരിച്ച്, തുടർന്നുള്ള നടപടിക്കായി കേന്ദ്രത്തിലേക്ക് അയക്കുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
5. വാർഷികാഘോഷ അവലോകനം
- ഈ വർഷത്തെ ആഘോഷ പരിപാടികൾ മികച്ച നിലവാരത്തിൽ നടന്നുവെന്ന് യോഗം വിലയിരുത്തി.
- ശീതങ്കൻ തുള്ളൽ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ക്ഷേത്രകലാപരിപാടികൾ ഉയർന്ന നിലവാരത്തിൽ ആസ്വദിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.
- മറ്റ് ശാഖകളിൽ നിന്നുമുള്ള അംഗങ്ങളുടെയും കേന്ദ്ര ഭാരവാഹികളുടെയും അഭിപ്രായം വളരെ അനുകൂലമായിരുന്നു.
6. അവാർഡുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച ഓർമ്മിപ്പിക്കൽ
- സമാജം നൽകുന്ന വിവിധ അവാർഡുകൾക്കായി അംഗങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് കൂടുതൽ ശ്രദ്ധ ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെന്ന് സെക്രട്ടറി അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.
- ഫെബ്രുവരിക്ക് മുമ്പായി കേന്ദ്ര അവാർഡുകൾക്കുള്ള നിബന്ധനകൾ പാലിക്കണമെന്ന് ഏരിയ അംഗങ്ങളോട് ഓർമ്മിപ്പിച്ചു.
7. മഹിളാ വിംഗ്
- പുതുതായി ആരംഭിച്ച മഹിളാ വിംഗുകൾ സ്വതന്ത്ര യോഗങ്ങൾ ചേരുകയും ഭാവിയിലേക്കുള്ള പരിപാടികൾ ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുണ്ടെന്നു യോഗം അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.
8. അടുത്ത യോഗം
- അടുത്ത യോഗം 23-02-2025-ന് ശ്രീ വി.പി. മുരളീധരന്റെ സാന്റാക്രൂസിലുള്ള വസതിയിൽ ചേരുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
9. യോഗസമാപനം
- സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ നന്ദിപ്രകാശനത്തോടെ യോഗം സമാപിച്ചു.

The meeting commenced with a prayer by Mr. P. Vijayan.
1. Condolences
The committee expressed heartfelt condolences on the demise of branch members, community members, and other prominent individuals in the recent period.
2. Previous Meeting Minutes & Financial Reports
- The Secretary presented the minutes of the previous meeting, which were unanimously approved.
- The Treasurer’s financial report, including the income and expenditure statement of the annual celebration, was also approved.
3. New Life Membership Approvals
The following life membership applications were reviewed and approved by the committee:
- Anand S Kumar
- Dr. Bhavyaja N P
- Akhil Gopikumar
- Ronak Pisharody
4. Society Membership Applications
Applications from Mr. Sunil Narayanan and Mrs. Rashmi Sunil for membership in the Pisharody Educational Society were approved and will be forwarded to the central office for further action.
5. Review of Annual Celebration
- The committee evaluated the annual celebration as highly successful in terms of program quality, punctuality, and audience participation.
- The traditional Sheethankan Thullal performance was noted for maintaining high standards.
- The Secretary reported receiving very positive feedback from central office bearers and members of other branches.
6. Awards – Reminder
- The Secretary emphasized the need for increased member participation and awareness regarding the various awards presented by the Samajam.
- Members were reminded to ensure compliance with the central award guidelines before February.
7. Mahila & Yuva Wings
- The newly formed Mahila and Yuva Wings are expected to hold independent meetings and plan their future activities, as per the committee’s suggestion.
8. Next Meeting
- The next committee meeting will be held on 23-02-2025 at the Santacruz residence of Mr. V.P. Muraleedharan.
9. Conclusion
- The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by the Secretary.
